Frequently Asked Questions

Credit repair is a service provided under the CROA that allows credit repair service providers to assist consumers in the correction of items on their consumer credit reports that prove to be inaccurate, outdated, misleading, and/or unverifiable.

On average, the process can take 3-9 months. We have experienced clients successfully graduating our program before the 3 months and have also experienced clients being enrolled beyond 9 months.

Our process is highly individualized and clients will be provided with an estimated time of service during the initial one-on-one enrollment session.

The FTC found that 4 out of 5 consumers have inaccuracies on their credit reports that caused them to be denied for credit or granted credit at an unfavourable interest rate.

Any negative item (collections, charge-offs, foreclosures, bankruptcies, repossessions, late payment indicators, student loans, judgments, tax liens, child support, inquiries, and/or personal data) that is questionable, inaccurate, outdated, misleading and or unverifiable can be legally and permanently removed from a credit profile.

There are far too many factors that make up the credit score; so it is impossible to give you an accurate prediction of how much your credit score will increase.

In addition, we don’t know what you are going to do during this process. You might get new late payment indicators, max out your credit cards, get new credit, get new collections, get a judgment placed against you, or one of hundreds of other things that would change the outcome of your service and your overall credit report and score.

However, just a 20 points FICO increase can mean the difference of tens of thousands of dollars in interest paid over the life of an average priced home.

We, and our associates, have a proven track record of raising FICO scores quickly and effectively to give our clients better purchasing power.

The Premier PCG Pro Credit Restoration Program includes:

  • A one on one enrollment session via in person, Zoom, or phone (your preference) with Terrica Matthews, Licensed Realtor and FICO certified credit expert.
  • A quarterly credit audit and progress review call (scheduled by you to ensure that we are calling during a convenient time).
  • A detailed and highly individualized action plan that will focus not only on us legally and
permanently repairing your credit but will also include strategies to rebuild your credit.
  • Unlimited challenges of questionable negative items (collections, charge-offs, late payment history, personal information, inquiries, public records, and etc) on each credit report.
  • Client portal access that allows you to monitor our efforts and success 24/7.
  • VIP access to our credit education programs, events, and webinars.
  • Prompt and professional client support.

Enrollment investment of $250.00 (one time) plus a monthly investment of $150.00.

Our investment amounts are the most affordable considering the level and the quality of services that you will receive from a professional who has a proven track record, highly educated, licensed, bonded, insured, certified by Fair Isaac and Company (FICO), and has an A-plus rating with the Better Business Bureau.

As a client of Premier Property and Consulting Group, we expect that you:

  • Provide us with updated contact information (phone, address, email address, and etc).
  • Promptly forward us copies of any and all credit related information that you receive via mail to
    our office.
  • Remain actively enrolled in a credit monitoring service.
  • Login the client portal at least once per week to determine the status of your credit repair
    process and for important announcements.
  • We ask that you communicate any questions and/or concerns that you have regarding your
credit, credit repair process, money management, and etc.
  • We expect to receive prompt payment for the monthly service fee. As explained in our
engagement agreement, we bill in arrears. This means that you pay for the credit repair work
    after it is completed.

Failure to remit monthly service fee by the 1st or the 15th (your choice) will result in delay in
services, a $19.95 late fee, and/or suspension of services.

It is not wise to dispute online. Online disputes go through an expedited dispute resolution process. Which sounds perfect until you read further into the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).

The FCRA clearly states that if a dispute goes into expedited dispute resolution process then the bureaus do not have to comply with certain sections of the FCRA. Disputing online enables the bureaus to ignore the law!

Also when disputing online, credit bureaus do not have to provide consumers with their method of verification which further makes it easier for them to remove an item and reinsert it back on the credit report.

Enrollment in a credit monitoring service allows us to monitor your progress month to month for important changes to your credit report and credit score.

Keeping a monitoring service is a requirement of our service.

Failure to keep an active monitoring account could result in suspension of services.

You have thousands of credit scores not just 3. You have credit scores for each lending product (credit card, mortgage, auto loan, and etc.) available and FICO (Fair Isaac and Company) has multiple credit scoring models.

The sites mentioned above provide you with an educational credit score. We have witnessed an average score variation of 50 points.

We encourage you to shift your attention away from your credit score but more towards what is located within your credit report. Once you begin applying the FICO credit-scoring model to your credit reports, an increased credit score will follow.
