For many years, Terrica found that she was always highly adept at managing her money and establishing excellent credit.
Having graduated with a B.A. from Louisiana State University and then from Southern University and A&M College with a Master of Science degree, she moved into the Human Services profession.
It was many years ago when a close friend suggested that she should utilize her vast knowledge of finance that she began to think about how she could give back and help others in her community and elsewhere rebuild and forge ahead in realizing their dreams. She fired her employer and became dedicated to doing “social work” in her own unique way.
Through her real estate brokerage, Premier Property and Consulting Group, Terrica educates her Financial Family Members about the importance of developing and mastering a positive money mindset and how to build wealth through real estate.
Her community service initiative, Financially EmpowerHer includes a financial literacy curriculum which educates women and girls about the importance of financial independence and being fiscally responsible.

Sareda McPhee was born and raised in Denver, Colorado but has been a Louisiana resident for over 19 years. She obtained her Master’s and Bachelor’s degree from Louisiana State University.
